Absolutely pristine 1920s peasant blouse with red and blue embroidery. Tunic shape, turned collar, short sleeves. This blouse is entirely hand sewn, there is not a single machine stitch to be found. The cotton gauze has a very light tan stripe in the weave. Tapers slightly to the hip (bottom hem). The sides have been taken in and can be easily let back out to add extra width. This alteration is shown in detail on the right side of the last photo. This blouse is in excellent condition. It is a work of art.
