Adorable late 1940s to early 1950s day dress in carnation pink cotton voile. Bodice is lined in white cotton, skirt is not lined and it is semi-sheer so this dress will need a half-slip. Fabric has a painted Swiss Dot style and crochet trim along the straps and bodice edge. Gathers at the hips, nonadjustable straps, and side metal zipper. The dress had been taken in along the back seems to make the bodice a smaller bust size, it has been let back out to the original size. Dress is in excellent condition apart from a few expertly done stitched mends that are hidden in the drape of the skirt, see these pointed out in the last photo.
