Cute vintage 1940s pajamas set. Light weight ribbed knit in a pale sea green. Original store tags from Garland’s in St. Louis still attached to the top. Top has a tiny button at the collar and a waist tie. Pants have elastic waist. Very soft, no fabric label but looks and feels like a mercerized cotton or rayon. The set has not been worn but is in nearly perfect condition, there is one faint spot of discoloration on the left leg about mid-thigh and right next to the collar opening on the top. See last photo.
Made by Vanity Fair. Tag size vintage 16, but fits a small modern size. Measurements were taken while flat and not stretched. The only part shown with a stretched measurement is the pants waist.
